Important Order Policies
No changes to flavor, size, or quantity can be made within 48 hours of pickup.
(Only wording or sayings may be updated during that time.)
You will receive a response to your inquiry or appointment request within 24–48 hours, along with a quote or invoice.
Once you receive your quote, you’ll have 24 hours to confirm and send a deposit if you’d like to proceed with your order.
All orders under $100 must be paid in full.
All orders must be placed at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your event date to avoid a rush fee.
Your order is not confirmed until a 50% deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future date if we haven’t started your order and the new date is available.
