What is the minimum dollar amount for an order?
The minimum amount for an order is $100.
Can you create edible images? Do I need to supply the image?
Do I have to have a design in mind or can you help me?
Out of respect for fellow bakers, we do not exactly replicate designs from online. You are welcome to provide inspo, colors, or themes to help guide your decision. Need help? Just ask!
We do create edible images. We ask that you submit the image at lease one week prior to your order fulfillment. Failure to do so by the date will result in an image-less design. We can assist with creating collages and customizations for cakes.
How do I pay? What types of payments do you take?
We take ACH card payments and Zelle.
Do you require a deposit?
Half deposits are due when the order is placed. The remaining balance is due the day before pick up or delivery.
How far in advance can I place an order?
You can place an order up to two months in advance. All orders must be placed at least two weeks before the event date. Orders that do not allow the two week lead time will have an additional rush fee applied.
Do you allow rush orders? Can I pay an additional fee for a quick turnaround?
Rush Fee Policy
At JFlow Bakehouse, we understand that last-minute celebrations happen, and we’re happy to accommodate rush orders when possible. Our rush fees are not charged without good reason—they cover the following:
• Bakers’ extended availability or overtime.
• Additional trips for groceries or baking supplies.
• Rush shipping costs for cake decorations or custom elements.
• Potential schedule adjustments for other clients.
Standard Orders (7-10 Days Notice)
• No rush fee applies.
• Orders must be placed at least 7-10 days in advance to guarantee availability.
Rush Orders (Subject to Availability)
• Less than 7 days: $25 rush fee.
• Within 2 days: $50 rush fee.
• Next-day orders: $75 rush fee.
Important Notes
• Rush orders are only accepted if our schedule permits and at our discretion.
• Full payment is required at the time of placing a rush order to confirm your booking.
• Additional fees may apply for highly customized designs or premium requests.
